Welcome to Farmhouse Furniture Tulsa. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. All furniture is made to order and requires full payment before production begins. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled after production starts. Orders are typically ready in 1 week or less, but production times may vary. Customers must wait for a pickup notification before arriving. Pickup is available Monday – Saturday, 10 AM – 9 PM. Please text (918) 935-5447 when you’re on your way.

Local delivery is available within a 30-mile radius for $100. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe unloading area at the delivery location. Farmhouse Furniture Tulsa is not responsible for any damages caused during transport after pickup or delivery. Once production begins, no modifications can be made. If an order is canceled before production starts, a 15% processing fee applies.

Return Policy

At Farmhouse Furniture Tulsa, all furniture is made to order, and we take pride in our craftsmanship. Returns are accepted within 7 days of pickup or delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and properly packaged. Custom-stained items are final sale and cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping or drop-off.

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which covers material costs and labor. If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
