- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and properly packaged for return.
- Custom-stained or painted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers material costs and labor invested in crafting your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within a 30-mile radius for $100. If you are outside this radius, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.
